That 2012 U.S. Home Sales Were Up 9.2% From 2011!
The National Association of Realtors reported anuary 22, 2013, that total sales last year rose to 4.65 million, 9.2 percent higher than in 2011, and the most since 2007. Sales are still below the roughly 5.5 million that are consistent with a healthy market, but most economists say the housing market is recovering and that the gains should continue this year.
